You’ll Need

  • Pine cone
  • Sponge or paintbrush
  • Paint; it could be white, gold or white with a hint of color, or whatever you can think of!
  • Cardboard cylinder from paper towel roll or similar
  • Scissors
  • Diamante ribbon or similar, for example, gold lame ribbon
  • Hot glue gun
  • Small decorations the size of a pearl; you can have all the same on your little tree or you can alternate between two or more types

Step By Step Instructions

  • Paint the tips of your pine cone with your sponge or brush to give a snow effect.
  • Allow to dry.
  • Cut about 2 inches from the cardboard cylinder.
  • Cut ribbon to fit the cylinder. Glue the ribbon as you carefully wrap it around the cylinder
  • Allow to dry.
  • Run glue around one end of the cylinder.
  • Place the base of the pine cone on top of the cylinder.
  • Glue decorations into each pine cone opening.
